Manobhav is a compassionate online therapy platform dedicated to emotional well-being. We provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where individuals can share their stories, heal, and grow. Our approach blends evidence-based psychological practices with the power of expressive arts—helping clients explore their emotions through creativity, reflection, and self-discovery.
How It All Started
The journey of Manobhav began with a personal story. I, Guramrit Kaur, first discovered the world of psychology back in school. As a student struggling with anxiety, I was fortunate to have a kind psychology teacher in my 11th grade who supported me with empathy and understanding. That experience planted the seed—I knew I wanted to become a psychologist and offer the same care to others.
I went on to complete my Master’s in Clinical Psychology, followed by a Diploma in Expressive Arts Therapy (licensed by UNESCO CID). With this foundation, I began practicing as a therapist and soon realized a gap in the field: while many people needed help, not everyone could find trained, empathetic professionals. Manobhav was created to bridge that gap—a platform where therapy is accessible, inclusive, and deeply human.
